Ingredients

 1 tsp dry yeast
 300 ml warm water
 230 g whole wheat flour
 60 g flaxseed
 50 g pumpkin seeds
 50 g sunflower seeds
 Salt to taste

Directions

Mix and let prove for 1 hour.

Prepare two wide mouth jars. Remove the rubber seal and brush the inside with vegetable oil.

Half fill each of the jars and let sit for 20 minutes.

Coat the surface of the dough with vegetable oil.

Place jars on a cool baking rack and place in oven. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 F.

Immediately replace sterilized seals and close jars. Place in a cool dark place. Can last up to one year.
