Baked Macaroni and Cheese

 1 stick butter
 1 box elbow pasta
 1 cup homemade breadcrumbs
 1 small onion
 1 tbsp flour
 1 tsp dry, ground mustard
 1 cup milk
 2 cups shredded cheddar

Make the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Fry the bread crumbs in butter and set them aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Over medium heat, dice and saute the onion. Add the flour and mustard. Slowly add the milk. Turn the heat to low, and add the shredded cheese. Stir until incorporated.

Put the macaroni pasta in a casserole dish. Cover with cheese sauce and top with the bread crumbs. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
