
Ingredients
12 oz uncooked pasta
16 oz can diced tomato juice
1 large chopped onion
4 cloves minced garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
4 ½ cups vegetable stock
2 large branches basil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano

Put all ingredients in a 4-quart pan and cover.

Bring to boil, uncover, reduce to 1" liquid.

Serve with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
